Hoping I just had to reboot, I did so, and then Windows crashed each time it tried to start. I added both, and for both of them, Windows told me it added the driver but that the device might not work or couldn't start up. (Under the BootCamp\Drivers\Broadcom folder, I have Broadcom_PCIe_Bluetooth and Broadcom_UART_Bluetooth. And then selecting the Bootcamp driver files from my USB stick. So I tried to manually add the Bluetooth drivers in Device Manager > Action > Add Legacy Hardware > Show All Hardware. I've tried repeatedly scanning for new hardware in Device Manager. I've run Apple Software Update several times but it too offers nothing to update/download. I've run Windows Update until there's nothing more to update. I took a closer look at the Device Manager listing and, low and behold, I don't see a Bluetooth controller or a Bluetooth section anywhere in here. So I pulled out my Microsoft Surface Ergonomic Keyboard, and it wouldn't find that either. At first I thought it was that I was trying to use an Apple Magic Keyboard 2 and thought maybe it doesn't work well with Windows. But Window's Bluetooth panel cannot find any of them.
